What is CYSSME?

CYSSME (Cybersecurity & Data Protection for Small, Medium and Micro Enterprises) is a European Union-funded initiative dedicated to enhancing the cybersecurity and data protection capabilities of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) within Europe.

Objectives of CYSSME:

• Accessible cybersecurity solutions: CYSSME aims to support SMEs with effective and affordable approaches, fully tailored to the specific challenges and risk profiles of each company.
• Focus on European technology: The project leverages European products, solutions, technologies, methodologies, policies, and processes to address cybersecurity challenges. 

•  ​Customization and self-reliance: CYSSME provides a tailored approach for each SME, aiming to make companies self-reliant in cybersecurity within 3 to 6 months. This process includes an intake interview, an initial cybersecurity audit, and the development of a roadmap for further optimizations.

What does it cost?

• Participating SMEs can receive substantial guidance free of charge, with the level of support dependent on the proposed measures and their active engagement in implementing recommendations. Sharing a testimonial or case study is encouraged.

How is AXS Guard involved?

• ​AXS Guard contributes significantly to the CYSSME project as both a partner and a member of the steering committee. This involvement allows participating SMEs to access AXS Guard's expertise and technologies to bolster their cybersecurity posture and achieve self-sufficiency.
