The organisation reserves the right to refuse candidate participants if they do not belong to the target group of the event or if their presence is inappropriate.

By filling in the form and clicking ‘register’, you give AXS Guard permission to collect the information and contact you about the request. We will treat your information with respect and in accordance with our privacy policy.

*Participating is free, but organising an event is not. Therefore, we count on your attendance after registration.
A no-show fee of €250 applies if you do not show up or cancel 5 or less days before the summit.
